Is it possible to change the bridge of my squire strat into a Edge-pro bridge or Floyd Rose?

what’s the difference between fender texas single-coil pickup and 50’s vintage single-coil pickup.

The ’50’s strat had a hand wound pick up and a different magnet which I think was more powerful.

Does my 2008 American Standard Fender Stratocaster have a solid body or a laminate body?

I am curious to know if my new American Strat, with and alder body, is a solid piece of wood or if it is made of numerous pieces of wood.

well, since its a standard strat it’s probably laminated (most likely three pieces of wood). however, could be a solid piece of wood. completely solid is much more expensive than laminated, so if it wasnt too expensive (like more than a 1000) its probably laminated.

Will a Warmoth neck fit on a non warmoth body?

I want to put a Warmoth CBS Strat neck on my Telecaster. will the neck fit in the pocket?

Yes, but there will be gaps at the corners.

From the Warmoth site:

"The heel shape of Strat® necks is rounded at the end, Teles® are squared. Strat® necks will fit Tele® bodies but show a gap at the corners. Tele® necks may not intonate on a Strat® body without neck pocket modification."

First test of recently reassembled Wesley Acrylic Strat.
Yes I know the neck and middle pickups are not humbuckers I got confused again…..
Modded with Boston hotrail plus humbucker.
Plays well for £58 inc P+P . Replacement bridge Humbucker was £16.5 inc P+P. Need neck laquer but
seeing as I occasionally respray cars It was no prob to give it a few coats of 1
pack Acrylic. Whammy bar not usable as it detunes guitar badly….hey it was under £100 …

http://www.dolphinstreet.com – I just replaced the stock 12″ radius neck with a 9.5″ radius MIM 60th Anniversary maple neck. I really like it. Here I use a 19 Sixty 3 clean boost on the clean sounds, and a Zonkin Yellow Screamer for the overdriven tones. Amp is a Reverend Hellhound.
